Finite difference method is used to obtain the solution of the linear and nonlinear boundary value problem arising due to the viscous flow under an enclosed rotating disc with uniform suction and injection. The resulting equations are converted into a set of difference equations. Starting from the known values of flow functions for small values of Reynolds number, the solution is extended for its larger values by making use of Newton- Raphson iterative method and Gauss elimination method. Such a flow is useful in mechanical and chemical industries.
