We consider some applications of the theory of active systems to spare parts supply management. It is shown that active behavior of the users is one of the reasons for instability in supply systems. A resource allocation method is proposed which ensures reliable ordering. The proposed methods and models are implemented in a multilevel MIS dedicated to spare parts supply management.
