We apply the general formalism of a certain class of non-Markovian processes to three simple models of chemical reactions: dissociation, isomerization, and diffusion in a double-well potential. Our method leads to explicitly solvable models and numerical computations. The results are in agreement with numerical simulation and stochastic dynamics studies of other authors.
