In English, restriction of a quantifier's domain is effected by the presence of ``other'' or ``else'' in the quantified NP. These restrictors are easily treated in game-theoretical semantics (GTS). The restriction effected is determined by context, and GTS accomodates this phenomenon: the domain of a restricted quantifier is the relative complement in the unrestricted domain of the set containing the individuals either mentioned earlier or introduced earlier in the course of the semantical game. General rules for ``other'' and ``else'' are formulated. The alternative approach of formulating individual rules for restricted quantifiers is also examined. The workings of quantifier restriction in discourse is sketched. Finally, the related phenomenon of reciprocal quantification is treated by means of GTS.
