The work refers to the determinants and ranks of (rectangular) matrices over the ring \({\mathbb{Z}}_ m\) with entries chosen at random, independently and uniformly. The procedure of asymptotics and bounds is also given for all cases except when m is a prime, which is a case previously studied.
