Recently it has been shown that there exist families of controllers which globally stabilize finite-dimensional linear systems without a-priori knowledge of the sign on the spectrum of the high-frequency gains. This paper generalizes these results to the class of infinite-dimensional systems generated by symmetric analytic semigroups and having no right half plane zeros.
