    The partial-row-Kronecker product of designs is defined and applied to unreduced BIB design, to obtain 4-associate class PBIB designs in variable block sizes and based on simple-rectangular lattice association scheme. These designs are also obtainable by simply combining 4-associate class PBIB designs of different block sizes and based on the same simple- rectangular-lattice association scheme.
