A note on \(C_ p\) estimates for certain kernels (Q1093873)

For operators defined by integral kernels of the form A(x,y)\({\hat \phi}\)(x-y), which generalize the classical Hankel operators, the author obtains criteria for membership in the Schatten ideals \(S_ p\). These conditions involve the requirement that A be invariant under a discrete multiplicative subgroup of \({\mathbb{R}}^*_+\) and that \(\phi\) belong to a certain homogeneous Besov space.
