This paper investigate the effects of a mean circulation, with vertical and latitudinal shear, on the equitorial oceanic waves. A numerical model to calculate perturbations of a given mean flow is discussed. It is shown that the perturbation of velocity and temperature remain bounded for every time t provided that the eigenvalues have the real positive parts. No numerical results are presented.
