The authors consider a linear discrete time-varying plant with time- varying feedback controller. It is assumed that the plant is not necessarily of finite order and that the overall system parameters are imprecisely known. The main result is that the overall system is BIBO- stable if the system parameter error matrix is bounded by an \(\ell^ 1\)- function which is superimposed on a small enough \(\ell^{\infty}\)- function.
