Behandelt wird ein spezielles Randwertproblem einer Gleichung vom gemischten Typ, das sich durch eine Koordinatentransformation auf das Gellerstedt Problem der Gleichung \(yu_{xx}+u_{yy}=f(x,y,u,u_ x,u_ y)\) zurückführen läßt. Die Eindeutigkeit der Lösung wird mit Hilfe des Maximumprinzips gezeigt, die Existenz einer Lösung mit der Integralgleichungsmethode bewiesen.
