The conformal invariance in Weyl gravity is discussed in detail. The author proposes a special model of conformally invariant gravity and analyses the linearized theory as well as the self interaction part. It is shown that in the gauge-invariant sector this theory coincides with ordinary Weyl gravity. Finally the Slavnov-Taylor identities are derived.
