The following equation is studied: \[ \ddot x+\nu^ 2x=\epsilon f(t,x,\dot x)+\sqrt{\epsilon}h q(t), \] where \(q(t)\) is a stationary process satisfying the equation \[ d^ nq(t)/dt^ n+\sum^{n- 1}_{s=0}\beta_ s(d^ s/dt^ s)q(t)=b{\dot \xi}(t), \] where \(h\), \(\beta_ s\), \(b\) are constants and \({\dot \xi}\)(t) is a ``white noise''.
