A system of integro differential equations is derived for electromagnetic diffraction problems on open ideally conductive surfaces of revolution. An algorithm for the numerical solution is proposed for the magnetic excitation problem (H-polarization). Expansions in terms of basis functions - unit functions of subdomains - are used.
