The author describes an efficient method for the computation of knots and weights of Gauss-type cubature formulae for two-dimensional regions and weight-functions which are invariant under plane rotations. This method is an improvement of the second author's previous method [BIT 16, 52-59 (1976; Zbl 0319.65018)].
