A new approach is proposed to the development of query processing algorithms in relational algebra, which reduces the processing time by fragmentation of the relational expressions (representation of the relational expressions in the form of a sequence of simpler expressions) and subsequent simplification of these expressions by secondary indexing of the relation attributes.
