The paper gives an explicit formula for the nucleolus of the generalized ``gloves'' game v: there are finite sets: P of producers and Q of workers and a coefficient c; for a coalition S, v(S) is the minimum of {\#}(S\(\cap P)\) and c{\#}(S\(\cap Q)\). The case where {\#}P divides {\#}Q is rather easy; most of the effort is put to prove the general case.
