[For the parts I, II, see the author, ibid. 13, 169-172 (1986; Zbl 0606.70008) and ibid. 14, 51-56 (1987; Zbl 0621.70002).] In the present note Chaplygin's case is generalized by the introduction of a gyrostatic moment and thus a new integrable case of the motion of a multi-connected body in a liquid is obtained. This result generates, through certain transformations, integrable problems of the motion of charged magnetized gyrostat.
