The topological description of the neighborhood of the constituting atoms in a dense random material (liquids, glasses) is of a major importance for their characterization. We discuss an algorithm for the Delaunay construction which is global and independent of the dimension of the space and derive from it the full dual Voronoi tesselation by an original realization of duality.
