The authors study local properties of CR-structures admitting infinitesimal symmetries. In case the CR-structure is non-integrable, the Lie algebra spanned by infinitesimal symmetries of CR-structure has the dimension \(d\leq 8\). The authors determine CR-structures corresponding to \(d=1,2\) and \(d\geq 3\).
