The author generalizes his earlier result [ibid. 33, 133-137 (1981; Zbl 0437.57013)] by proving that if the normal bundle H of a minimal foliation F of a closed Riemannian manifold M is integrable and flat, then M is locally a Riemannian product of the leaves of F and of H provided that Ric(M)\(\geq 0\).
