This paper deals with structure, existence conditions and design methods of stable and structurally stable regulators for the singular system Eẋ\(=Ax+Bu\), \(y=Cx\). Two classes of normal regulators are proposed: the first class of them, using the measurement y as its input, is applicable to the situation where the structural parameter perturbations (especially E) is constrained. On the other hand, the second class of them, using lation. The instability growth rate is only weakly dependent on the number of particles per cell, but appears to be suppressed by implicit differencing in time.
