Symmetric algebras are a generalization of De Morgan lattices [see \textit{F. P. Preparata} and \textit{R. T. Yeh}, Continuously valued logic, J. Comput. Syst. Sci. 6, 397-418 (1972; Zbl 0262.02020)]. For given symmetric algebra L, all the symmetric algebras of L-fuzzy sets are characterized. This is a continuation of the author's paper: ``On some isomorphisms of De Morgan algebras by fuzzy sets'' [BUSEFAL 8, 49-59 (1980)].
