The authors derive a new criterion which indicates that all solutions of the equation \[ \ddot x(t)+q(t)f(x(t))g(\dot x(t))=0 \] are oscillatory. Certain restrictions on q,f,g hold. The function fg is strongly sublinear. Proof and nice examples are given.
