This paper deals with the problem of absolute stability of nonlinear control systems (both continuous and discrete) with several nonlinear nonstationary elements. The problem of constructing Lyapunov functions from the class of quadratic forms is reduced to the problem of finding saddle points of functions which are not convex-concave. To solve it, a new gradient algorithm is proposed.
