Conditions for increasing the net system product are derived in the framework of an abstract production model. The use of these conditions essentially simplifies the proof and provides a generalization of some known results of Braverman's model with nonequilibrium prices. It is shown that in some cases the potential for increased output cannot be realized by small variations of quotas. Conditions are proposed when variation of output quotas of the system elements is free from this difficulty.
