We will study the behavior of discrete linear dynamic objects under a local optimal control that minimizes the increase in the objective function along the system trajectory. Under conditions of uncertainty an adaptive control can be realized that accomplishes stable, local optimal control for minimal-phase, as well as nonminimal-phase objects from this control and a general parameter tuning algorithm.
