The ring S is called a para-associative ring of the type (i,j,k) if \((x_ 1x_ 2)x_ 3=x_ i(x_ jx_ k)\) for all \(x_ 1,x_ 2,x_ 3\in S\) and some fixed permutation of 1, 2, 3. The aim of this paper is a description of the ternary semigroups of all right (left) transformations of the para-associative rings of the type (2,3,1).
