The author [J. Comput. Appl. Math. 12/13, 447-457 (1985; Zbl 0574.65003)] has proposed a method of accelerating the convergence of a power series or continuing its sum outside the disk of convergence. Here he presents a compact formula for the approximants and compares it with the generalized Euler method.
