The authors approximate (under certain conditions) the inverse of a Laplace transform by mapping the Bromwich contour on a circle and then approximating the corresponding integral at a set of equidistant points. This corresponds to approximating the original inversion integral at a set of points concentrated near the real axis. The paper also contains an error analysis and some numerical data.
