If \(v\equiv 1\) or 3(mod 6), then a (v,3,2)-design is a quasi-2-multiple design. We give here a direct construction of simple and irreducible (v,3,2)-designs when \(v\equiv 1,3(mod 6)\) and \(v\neq 7\), \(v\neq 9\).
