The basis for a \(q\)-deformation of the universal enveloping algebra \(U(\mathfrak{gl}_n\otimes \mathbb C[[x]])\) is determined. The structural theorems for this basis are applied to the irreducible representations connected with the skew Young diagrams. These results generalize the results for symmetric groups to affine Hecke algebras.
