Based on Kostant's notion of graded manifolds this paper studies the graded version of vectorfields and dynamical systems. Graded one- parameter groups are introduced and shown to correspond to derivations. Graded versions of the ``flow straightening'' and of the Frobenius theorem conclude the paper.
