[For part I see Autom. Remote Control 46, 1141-1147 (1985; Zbl 0595.93034) and for part II see ibid. 46, 1304-1310 (1985; Zbl 0604.93034).] This is the third in a series of papers about designing adaptive functioning mechanisms for two-level systems with incompletely informed center. Sufficient conditions which guarantee adaptivity of the mechanism and the existence of a dual mechanism are presented. From a mathematical point of view all three papers are not of great interest.
