We show that for an N-body Schrödinger operator \(H=H_ 0+V\) with dilation analytic potential of class \(C_{\alpha}\) the eigenvalues of the dilated Hamiltonian H(i\(\beta)\) constitute a bounded set within a suitable sector for any \(\beta\in (0,\alpha)\).
