The objective of this paper is to investigate sufficient conditions for the asymptotic stability of the zero solution of the integro-differential system with infinite memory of the form \[ x'=A(t)x+\int^{t}_{- \infty}K(t,s)x(s)ds+f(t,x),\quad x\in {\mathbb{R}}^ n,\quad f(t,0)=0, \] in which A is not necessary stable.
