The author gives an explicit equation for the moduli space of framed instantons as a quasiaffine variety. This is obtained identifying intantons with bilinear systems and using the Hankel matrices. The paper is motivated by a paper of \textit{U. Helmke} [IMA J. Math. Control. Inf. 3, 151-166 (1986; Zbl 0633.93018)] in which relations and analogies between linear control theory and the moduli space of instantons for Yang-Mills equations are investigated.
