We prove that the 5-(24,12,48) design formed by the dodecades in the extended binary Golay code, as well as all t-designs (t\(\geq 2)\) obtained from it by derivation, are the unique designs with the given parameters and such that the cardinality of the intersection of any two blocks has the same parity (mod 2) as the block size.
