Linear n-dimensional systems of form \((A+Bd/dt)x=f(t)\) are considered. The reduction of the \(\lambda\)-matrix \((A+B\lambda)\) (provided that det\(\not\equiv 0)\) to a simple canonical form by unimodular and regular constant matrices is proved.
