    The authors attempt to present a modified algorithm for the Monte Carlo projector method, which is based on an appropriate combination of the population tracking and parallel scoring technique, working complementarily (called as population tracking-parallel scoring algorithm). The algorithm is tested for the analysis of the quantum spin Potts model on a lattice of \((1+1)\)-dimension. The authors claim an improved accuracy of the results in comparison to other techniques.
