Let \(f\) be a real-valued additive function, \(\ell\), \(k\) coprime integers, \(\alpha\) a real number. The author finds estimates for the number of integers \(m\le n\), \(m\equiv \ell \pmod k\), \(f(n)=\alpha\). The results are effective but too technical to be quoted here.
