The authors provide sufficient and necessary and sufficient conditions for the strong stability of the null solution of the system of impulsive differential equations (1) \(x'=f(t,x)\), \(t\neq t_ i\), \(\Delta x|_{t=t_ i}=I_ i(x(t_ i)).\) Some interesting generalizations of differential inequalities are also given. The main tool used is Lyapunov functions.
