The notion of fuzzy mapping (in the meaning of a fuzzy relation) is applied as a transformation of fuzzy groups (fuzzy groups with respect to product in [0,1] are considered; [cf. \textit{J. M. Anthony}, \textit{H. Sherwood}, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 69, 124-130 (1979; Zbl 0413.20041)]). The authors introduce t-level images and preimages of fuzzy groups and prove their properties. The notion of t-level f-fuzzy group proposed in the paper is rather singular as it is strictly connected with the given homomorphism f.
