The author characterizes the bounded functions in the little Bloch space in terms of the measures arising from the canonical factorization theorem. In particular, this answers a question of D. Sarason by characterizing the Blaschke products in the little Bloch space in terms of the distribution of their zeros. He also explicitly constructs such a Blaschke product.
