The following two classes of tame two-point algebras over an algebraically closed field are completely classified: (1) the tame triangular matrix algebras \(\left( \begin{matrix} A\quad M\\ O\quad B\end{matrix} \right)\), where A and B are local algebras, (2) the tame distributive algebras whose ordinary quiver consists of one loop and two arrows in opposite directions. In the proofs, Galois coverings and vector space category methods are applied.
