Let R be a commutative associative ring with unit, Der R be the Lie ring of all derivations of R. A Lie subring \(L\subseteq Der R\) is called regular if it is an R-submodule. In this article theorems about simplicity, isomorphisms and derivations of regular Lie rings are proved.
