In the book Barrelled locally convex spaces by \textit{P. Pérez Carreras} and \textit{J. Bonet} (1987; Zbl 0614.46001) it is studied the characterization of the locally convex spaces E such that \(c_ 0(E)\) is \(\ell^{\infty}\)-(quasi-)barrelled, and it is proposed the problem of \(\aleph_ 0\)-quasibarrelledness. In this paper we solve this problem obtaining a necessary and sufficient condition.
