    The author studies a queueing system, where each customer needs k-fold service (1\(\leq k\leq n)\) and is served by n servers simultaneously. The problem is treated via the M/G/1 system. For the probability distribution of the queue-length, conditions for stationarity are given for various service distributions. The probability of idle periods and the server utilisation factor are derived.
