Applications of vector sum operator (Q1110252)

Most previous literature on computational geometry has been concerned with issues of construction. Computer-aided design and manufacturing systems can be made more flexible and efficient if algorithms for existence checking and result verification are also employed. This paper illustrates the three techniques of construction, verification, and existence checking via the use of the vector sum operator in the domain of computer-aided design and manufacturing.
