The study of optimal control problems for dynamic plants described by vibrocorrect differential equations in distributions is continued which was started in a previous paper by the same author [Avtom. Telemekh. 1987, No.2, 26-32 (1987; Zbl 0642.49016)]. Necessary optimality conditions are obtained for such problems, and it is proved that these conditions are also sufficient optimality conditions in the convex case.
